Question: My plan!.!.!.!?
i work out (dancing, walking) for about 40-60 mins!. a day!.!.!.
small breakfast
lunch
a snack (something healthy yet indulgent)
some kind of low fat cereal for dinner (corn flakes, cheerios etc!.)
and eating nothing after 6pm except for fruit
how does this sound!?
how much weight can i lose in 2-3 weeks with this plan!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try cutting back on your fats and don't have any at all!. Also I agree with the first answer and diets do not work
