Question: Thigh exercises!?
Ok well no matter how much weight i lose and inches my thighs go down but they are still huge!.!.!.im at the gym every week and they still wont go down!.!.what can i do!?

going to the gym is very good - the more often the better - when ur there change up the exercises - for example if u always do the elliptical do the treadmill - etc!. ifu uusually do a certain program on either of the 2 machines - change it!. but keep doing what ur doing - congrats on ur weight loss already - thats fantastic!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
