Set some real rewards for meeting your goals!. For example, if you meet your exercise goals every day for a week, buy yourself a new shirt or a new CD!. If you meet your diet goals every day for a week, go out for a movie!. Spread it out as you go, so it's a reward after two weeks, then three!. Make sure the rewards aren't food items like ice cream or eating out!.
Also, make yourself an awesome workout CD with really uplifting, energizing songs - that really helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's nothing anyone can say for you!. It's an internal thing!. Are you fed up with the way you are now!? Tired of beating yourself up!? Tired of weighting to buy nice outfits until you lose the weight!? Sick of trying to justify pants that are too tight because you plan on losing weight!?

Focus on WHY you want to go on a diet!. Think about what you want out of it and how happy you will be when you succeed!. Those are the main things to remember!. There's nothing physical you can do!. It's all mental in your head!. Just THINK about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

buy yourself something really nice, perhaps a pair of slacks of jeans!.!.!. a few sizes small!. risky, but it could be a nice kick in the ***!. the more you stick to your diet, the closer you'll be to looking hot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
