Question: Will this help me lose weight!?!?
I want to lose twenty pounds by September!. Can you tell me if my weight loss plan will work, or at least help me lose some weight!?
-eating progresso soups for lunch instead of Top Ramen
-walking for 30 minutes a day
-drinking lots of water instead of fruit juice
-keeping a food journal
-trying to eat more by reconmended portion sizes

I like weight-loss programs in small steps with simple guidelines!. I have a 3 step program!. First step consists of 10 points listed as follows!. You already have my 2nd Step, where I introduce a walking program!. In step 3 I add crunch-less crunches!.
1!. Eat breakfast within two hours after you wake up
2!. Switch to whole-grain breads
3!. Switch to low-fat or fat-free milk!. Always drink 2 cups of milk per day
4!. Eat 4 to 5 servings of fruits/vegetables per day!.!.Preferably Grapefruit and Spinach
5!. Eat skinless chicken/turkey/trimmed beef steaks/ Tuna/ !.!.!.!.!.
6!. Eat one ounce of walnuts or pistachio every day
7!. Don't eat anything 2 hours prior to going to sleep
8!. Sleep 8 hours
9!. Keep celery carrots bell-pepper handy as munchies

I don't know about the soup idea, but everything else sounds great! Even if you watered down the fruit juice, you'd still be ahead!. Another thing that helps me a TON is having lots of gum on hand!. It helps manage cravings like no other! Pop a piece in while I'm watching TV, and I don't feel hungry at all!.

yea top roman stays in ur tummy 4 awile :-( and add 1/2 a lemon to ur water in the morning and drink a bottle helps u lose a little more i thinkWww@Answer-Health@Com
it's good to take up an activity like dancing or a sport! so losing weight doesn't seem so boring!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
