Starting to run again?!
Question: Starting to run again!?
In basic training I was running 2 miles in 16 minutes!. I was a smoker but had to quit because of well, I couldn't smoke!.!.lol!. I'm back and back to smoking too lol ( I know its bad)!. I want to jog in the morning again and don't know how long should I jog for, and if being a smoker will make that much of a difference now!.!.even if I push for it!? I'm 18 5'4 and 135 pounds!. How long do I need to jog for to actually burn fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

120 pounds is your perfect weight!. You start using fat as fuel 25 minutes into your running!. For top notch fat burning run at least 45 minutes!. I personally know a few people who smoke and train for marathons!. I recommend a good multivitamin if you choose to do so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
First off you are at a perfect weight!. And I would say just push yourself far as you can then keep moving it up a little bit!. I just started running again and the first time I ran two miles as I did before then I moved it up one more lap each day!. (I was on a running track!.) Hope I helped! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
