So if you are trying to loose weight and you get a craving for a food when you're not hungry, is eating a piece of gum a good way to stop a craving!? So you dont eat that food!. Will it work for breaking a habit!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, It's not!. My sister, who's a nurse, said to me you shouldn't eat bubble gum often, especially when you're hungry!. The force in chewing that you excert(sorry! I don't know the spelling) when eating bubble gum can easily deplete your fats because it exercises your jaws because the bubble gum is sticky!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO, it will make you more hungry!. Have an apple and a glass of water and then go for a walk/jog!. Keep yourself busy and eat 5 micro meals a day!. Train your body to get use to very small portions of food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
