Answers:
Yes, you sure can!.
That is what I do if I know I'll be going out for dinner or if I'm visiting my grandparents, and I've been size 2 since college!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Follow this simple and standard equation:
Weight Loss = Energy Expenditure > Energy(Calorie) Intake
Weight Gain = Energy Expenditure < Energy(Calorie) Intake
So yes, if your 45mins on your stepper burns about 100kcals, then you can eat 100kcals without gaining weight!.
But take note that weight gain/loss can be divided into 3 types - water, muscle and fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely!. 100 calories is pretty small in the picture of your daily diet (likely 0!.5% of your daily caloric intake)!. Under normal circumstances, you could ingest an extra 100 calories and never know the difference!. That being said, 100 calories is also not very much food- approximately half a glass of orange juice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
