Question: Im 14 years old and i want to get stronger and lose weight!?
im 14 and i am 5 ft 6 inches and i weight 195 pounds!. i want to lose lots of wait in short amount of time!. i am out of shape!. i started benchpressing 80 pounds!. i do 3 sets and 6reps each set!.i have asthma and i cannot run far!.i eat 4 mealsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Bench pressing is not going to help you lose weight easily, I understand that asthma stops you running (the best exercise) but at 14 years old and 5ft 6 inches weighing over 13 stone, thats not good!.
To lose weight like on the torso and stomach do crunches/sit-ups that will work out your abs and that helps burn fat!. Also for the astha get tablets or something that allow you to run for a certain time before having an attack (see a docter)

Im 13 and i used to weigh 187 now im down to 130 with nice muscles and the way i did it was stop the after dinner snacks like ice cream or cake xct!. i got a bench and i worked my way up to 230 bbut i started a 60 i also started doing situps every night and if you want to try it have somebody do it with you if you dont have good will power i hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
