Question: Back workouts that dont require a pull up bar!?
im doing the optimum anabolics program and in the back sections, i can only do two of the exercises!.!.!.!.!.i need four more that do not require a pull up bar!. any help is much appreciated (and dont say deadlift i know that one!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
