okay i do taekwondo and im a white belt i also do kravmaga!. i weigh 127 so how long do you think itll take me to lose 20 pounds!? i just started both and the reason im trying to lose 20 pounds even though im a healthy weight is cuz a guy said i have thunderthighs lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont listen to any guys!. i have a friend who is super skinny, and has natural hips, that doesnt make her look like thunder theighs, and she weighs 130!.

Beside keeping in doing taekwondo, you should also go on diet!. Try 1100 calories diet!. You can eat anything as long as those not more than 1100 Cals per day!. Stay away from sugar or sweets cause their calories are extremely high!. Reduce all oily dishes!. 1100 Cals is enough for you, daily!. Beat distress feelings!. Oprah said it could massively contribute obesity!. Body weight can be run down rapidly in the first month but then slowly in the next months!. If you constantly doing it, I believe you could easily get your dream in just three months!
