Trustable SLOW protien Companies?
i use ON 100% whey protien for my faster protien intake before and after workout however i think i need slow protien that is for morning and sleep and perhaps a snack in the middle of the day type of protien the the process should take around 2-3 hours i was wondering if ON had "sleeping protien" if not what product would you recommand me. i like to know the PPC(PROTIEN PER CENT) or something that makes it worth buying other then it tastes good... taste has no factor in my decision in which type of protien to get

ON has a casein protein which is a slow protein. The chocolate tastes way better than their chocolate whey protein too.
