Most effective: do not lock your feet, keep your hands next to your head, but do not hold your head!. Crunch up untill your shoulderblades are off the floor!.

no its not if u have ur hands behind ur neck its coz u been helping urself sit up by lifting ur neck wit hur arms next time just have ur arms behind ur ears and lift urself up using ur abs nothing else

you're not doing them correctly don't push your neck forward just push it up and move your chest forward so you don't hurt your neck!. do leg raises and sit ups also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
