You need protein in you diet!. heave upper body exercises!. Get some hand weights about 3-5 lbs and exercise with them for an hour, off and on for a week, a good exercise is to lift yourself up using the arms of the chair!. do that when ever you can!. No soft drinks, but you could try a candy bar once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
