Please number of reps and sets for a 4 week leg workout?

i need it to build power for shooting in soccer and get faster


Answers:

3-4 sets of 3-5 reps. This will add strength to your legs.

Every other day, I want you to do squats with a barbell, and leg extensions and leg curls. You can do those two on the attachment found on some benches.

Run on your days off or every day for that matter. 45 minutes per run.

Invest in a protein powder to have right after your workouts. The protein will build muscle into your legs.
