Question: What's the fastest way for the belly!?
What's the fastest way to burn that stubborn belly fat and love handles!? I really would like to burn some fat from there!. Any advice!? Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I advise to put together a list (sort of a schedule) of the foods that you would like to eat during the day and try your best to stick to these foods only!. You should be eating about 6 small meals a day limited to about three 300 calorie meals and three 100 calorie snacks (300 calories altogether)!. Your goal should be to consume about 1200 calories a day while burning about 600 calories a day!. This sounds like a lot of info at once, but let's think about what you are eating!.!.!.
If you are eating foods that are high in simple carbohydrates (sodas, candy, sugar packed gronola, etc) or fats (oily foods such as french fries), then chances are you are going to get hungrier than if you were consuming foods high in fiber and of nutritious value!.
For breakfast, you can eat one cup of cheerios, an apple, and a carton of low fat yogurt!.
For a snack, you can try 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese with 1/4 cup of nuts!.
Fur lunch, try half a can of water soaked tuna, steamed veggies, and a piece of wheat toast!.
Snack 2: try an apple or orange with a rice cake
Dinner: have 4 oz of chicken or beef with fruit like watermelon and brown rice!.

If you focus on eating properly and working large muscle groups (ie, by not only doing CRUNCHES or 2 hours of cardio! You should be working out by doing bench press, front squats, pull ups, push ups, lunges, leg lifts, leg press, etc coupled with at least 20 minutes of cardio like jogging or swimming!.
Trust me, you will lose weight!. You just need to have the willpower to not be lazy and to stick to healthy foods!. You can still go out with friends, just get a salad with no dressing!. Eat 6 meals a day to speed up metabolism!. Drink a ton of water (flushes fat)!. Fibre is your friend!. Do cardio 15-20min 4 days a week!. Lift light weights to tone muscle!. (weightlifting actually burns more fat than cardio)!. Suck in your tummy when doing abs!. Suck in your tummy any time of the day!. This will make your abs tighter and give you a flatter tummy!. Don't do consecutive abs!. Do them every other day!. Go get the "Abs Diet for Women" book from Chapters!. There are a ton of abs exercises in there!. That book even has meal plans, recipes for all kinds of meals!. Don't work them too much or they'll just look bigger!.
