Question: Am I really loosing weight!?!!?
Hello everyone! When i wasnt on a diet I used to weigh 155 lbs!
I went on the scale and now I weigh 150 lbs! I just cant believe it because its ME! Its a little hard to believe! And anyways !.!. my mom is very happy! And she said "come try on these clothes for me hun" and i said "ok"
And ALL of them fit SOO MUCH BETTER and Im soo happy!
Isnt that great!?!?
p!.s I wanna do a excercise with stairs! What can I do I have 14 steps! HELP!

um yeah you lots 5lbs but as sonn as your off the diet you will gain it all back and more stair exorcise just run up and down the stairsWww@Answer-Health@Com
I've got a pretty good stair exercise for you!.
-Start at the bottom!.
-go up onto the first step and back to the bottom
- then go to the second step and back to the bottom- 3rd step and then bottom
-etc
-etc
-etc
- if you that whole sequence(all the way from one step at a time to very top one) it's like 105 steps you went up and 105 you went down!.
so you went from 14 steps to 210
by the end youll really feel it and its a great exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
