Question:
If i lower my caloric intake to 500 for only two weeks, will i gain back all the weight if i slowly start?
incorporating more food. If I were to add 200 calories to the 500, then add another 200 the following week, and so on until i reach my bmr, which would be around 1400, will i gain back all the weight plus more? The added calories would come from only healthy foods such as tuna, grilled chicken breast, almonds, etc... I would also be exercising daily, though not as much as I was while consuming 500 calories, and I would still be doing pilates and free weights.
