Trust me - no fun - just did this a few weeks ago for a colonoscopy - really BAD 24 hours!. I'm not sure how old you are, but our pediatrician has told our teenage daughters that severely cutting calories and other drastic weight loss measures might give some temporary weight loss; however, as you age!.!.!.!.20's, 30's, you will regret this as you have trained your body to hold on to weight and not have a healthy metabolism!.
