Lose flab on the tummy area......exercise?!


Question: Lose flab on the tummy area!.!.!.!.!.!.exercise!?
30 mins cardio everyday, right!? Does all this have to be at once, or can it be broken down into 2 lots of 15 mins!? Earlier today, I went and did 30 mins exercise jogging/walking!.

As I am not very fit, most of this was walking, as I was continuously getting out of breath!.

So if I repeat this process again in another 4 hours (I came home from exercising half an hour ago), would that class as my 30 mins exercising a day!?

If you are out of breath then you are working hard!. You don't have to jog straight away, build up to it!

There are different theories on whether you can break down the 30 mins or add it up!. But put it this way, if you do 2 lots of 15 min walking you are still burning calories for 30 minutes - it's worthwhile! And your fitness will improve all the time!. So yes, do the 2 lots of 15 and see if you can build up to doing more at one time!.

Yeah man you can do it however as long as it equals 30 altogether!. Try doing 5 min walk 5 min jog 5 min walk then rest then go out and do it again and slowly build up to doing 10 min jog 5 min walk then all jogging then a half-hour jog all in one go!.
Doing sit-ups as well will help lose some of the tummy-flab specifically by hardening up that area!.

wow hun u r really out of shape!.!.!.u just need to work your way up to!.!.!.if you get out of breath that easy!.!.!.walking!.!.!.then you need to slow down a bit!.!.!.you cant just rush into things like that!.!.maybe you should go WALKING for about 10 mins!.!.!.make sure you stretch first!.!.!.then just work your way up to walking for 20mins then 30 mins!.!.!.then you could start all over again just jog!.!.!.then start again and run!.!.!.then maybe you could start doing a mile a day as i do!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES, it would count as a 30 minutes execise,
tryrun/jog/swim!.
work out, go to the gym,
all these things would get rid of your flab ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
