Question: How do I do a 40 yd shuttle run!?
So I've got to do a physical fitness test, and it requires me to do some things which I have never heard of in my life! I need to learn how to do a 40 yd shuttle run, and fast!. Please tell me exactly how to set up and what to do so I could prepare!. Any suggestions on what a good time is and how to improve is also helpful!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have heard of the 40 yd dash and a 20 yard shuttle run, but not the 40 yd shuttle!.
Typical shuttle run has 3 cones set up 5 yards apart!. You face straight ahead at the center cone then turn to your left, touch the ground or cone and then run to the other outside cone and then cross the center!. So it is a 5 yard, 10 yard, 5 yard run!.
Make sure to try to minimize the time at the stops and then run through the finish!. There are a lot of little pieces to try to do, but these are the main ones!.
