Question: Do push ups work the same muscles as chest presses!?

I use dumbbells and do quite a range of exercises, but it's not always easy to find a bench / ball / surface to do exercises like chest presses on!.!.!.so will push ups do the same thing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
