Question: 6'2, 235, size 15 shoe, 14 years old!. Best cardio/diet to lose weight!?
I've been doing 200 situps a day, and its making a difference, not much, but a little!.

Also, I've always been a big kid!. I'm not overly fat looking, but I am chubby!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet-

Chicken breast, fish - only 1 per day
Fruit - all you want, look up neg!. calorie foods
Veg!.s (tons of salad) - all you want
Cereal - good for you
Eggs - no more than 2 per day
Water - at least 64 oz!.s per day (i was drinking like 100)
Milk - 1 glass (or with cereal) everyday

6 days a week, take 1 day off from dieting (same day every week)

NO BREAD OF ANY KIND
(my own diet after reading a ton of crap - just takes will power)

Work out 7 days per week - sit ups, jumping jacks, squats (lot of others too) - try lifting some weights too

Did it last summer and dropped 40 pounds in a month
6' and was 300 pounds (21 yrs old last summer)
11 1/2 shoe - extra wide - like it matters!.!.!.lol

What i recommend is an easy brisk jog, maybe around the park!. Go with a friend or a family member that way it will motivate you a lot more!. Situps are great, now try doing pushups!. Thats basically it! doing these 3 things will put you in the best shape possible!Www@Answer-Health@Com
