Quit smoking cant stop eating?!


Question: Quit smoking cant stop eating!?
im smoking weed to calm me down but damn does it give me the munchies! 7th day without a cig!. i have been eating so much though, tell e what you think!
Yesterday:
Fruit smoothie
coffee
cliff bar
cereal
plum
a roll of lifesavers
rice cake
tons of dried fruit
smoked salmon
almond milk
4 shiskabobs (just veggies though :)
gummi bears
lays crackers
dots candy
probably like a pack of gum at least
then I came home at like midnight and ate another cliff bar, a kids z bar,
and woke up this morning feeling like a cow!.
I'm 140 5'10 and I work out 5x week but I'm torn between eating and smoking!.!.!.!.ahh what should I do!? hellp!. I don't want this to keep happening but literally feel out of control when I have food in my hand!. I'm trying to only be around healthy food but it is soo hard!. even low cal food doesnt work because i exceed the serving size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been trying to quit, too!. It's been 3 weeks!. When I get the urge to have a cig I start doing ANYthing else (talk on the phone, exercise, clean my room)!. After a few mins the urge leaves!. I know the bud seems like a good substitute for the cigs, but THAT is gonna make you fat! The stuff you listed piggin' out on seems healthy enough!. Plus, your weight sounds good for your height!. Just leave the weed alone and quit the cigs "cold turkey"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut veggies into cigarette sized slices, go where you usually would smoke, and eat them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its annoying when skinny chicks who eat healthy stuff (even if you think you are pigging out) everything you listed was on the healthy side, you didnt say a whole fried chicken or anything over the top!. Why do skinny girls say that they feel fat, etc when they are skinny to the bone!?

HANG IN THERE!! I quit smoking in April and went through the same eating problem!. The best advice I can give you is to make sure you have lots of healthy foods available; carrots, celery, fresh fruit, long pretzel sticks!. In addition, make sure you are drinking lots of water!. Not only does the water fill you up but helps to flush the nicotine out of your body!. I have also found that hot tea - herbal or regular - helps to satisfy my appetite!. Don't give up on yourself as you will feel so much better once you kick that nasty habit!Www@Answer-Health@Com
