Way to reduce hip size?!
Question: Way to reduce hip size!?
Just wondering but is there anyway to reduce hip size!?!? I feel like my hips and wide shoulders make me look fat!. I'm:
Turning 14
5'9 1/2
125 lbs
but my hips are 33 inches, waist 28 inches, bust 34!. Is that normal!? If it's not is there any way I can reduce my hip size because I don't have much fat on me I think I naturally have big hip bones but still is there anyway to reduce!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its normal that your hips seem to be big at the moment because your starting to go thru puberty & girls hips get bigger during that stage!. But the easiest way to lose some inches is to take walks or jogs sometimes!. Try to get involved in some sports!.
but like yourself for who you are and only change for you, nobody else!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your bust and hips are in good proportion!. I don't think there is anything wrong with your weight or your size!. However, If I were you I work on my waist!.
At 5'9" and 125 libs your are pretty slim!. However, your waist should be 2-3 inches smaller for your size!. Try getting more exercise!. Firm up your body and you'll look better and feel stronger!. Try jogging and crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
