Trying to Lose 10-20 Pounds by the middle of August ?!


Question: Trying to Lose 10-20 Pounds by the middle of August !?
I currently weigh 170 pounds at 5"5!. I'm trying to lose about 15 pounds by the middle of august!. I'm desperately trying to stop drinking sodas and eating fatty foods but it's very difficult!. I'm trying to go to my local park to jog for about an hour or an hour an half on friday,saturday, and sunday evenings!. I want to at least be a size 8 or 10 by the middle of august before i buy my fall and winter wardrobe!. i'm tired of my gut and love handles it looks disgusting!. Any OTHER suggestions on what i should do to help me lose the weight a little faster!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Losing weight can become very difficult and challenging as we get older it can also be very exciting as well!. I know how it feels to have extra body weight!. It shows alot when you're a short person!. I agree with jogging but before you jog be sure to stretch for about 10-15 mins!. You don't want to start jogging/ running and your legs give out on you within 15 mins of starting!. Be sure to bring plenty of water/sports drinks with you and make sure you have on comfortable sneakers!. Also the more you jog/run the more weight you'll lose!. The key part of losing weight is sweating!.So the more you sweat the more weight you'll lose!. If you start asap you'll see results asap!. I also recommend that you don't buy your wardrobe until you're satified with your results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 15 and trying to do the same thing!.
I weight about 160!.

I am stopping drinking pop!.
That is a good start, and cut back on carbs!.
Even though its hard, you will get used to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

low carb high protein diet, cut the soda alot of waters, start running everyday!. you should see result in a week and keep it up! good luck!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
