Answers:
jacuzzi's always help smooth out the soreness, or a massage!. try massaging the muscles you can reach and having someone else massage the ones you can't!. Perhaps a warm cloth or bag!. Icy hot works too, it soothes the pain pretty well when I put it in my back sometimes!. Overall though, soreness is normal and you will just have to wait it out for most of it to be gone!. Try to stretch more before you ski next time and after as well so that your muscles can recover faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stretching and water are the best natural remedies!. I find Motrin to be the best over-the-counter medicine to take for muscle aches!. However, I wouldn't recommend taking medicine unless the pain is really preventing you from having a normal day!. Hope you had fun water skiing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
