I'm skinny BUT...?!


Question:

I'm skinny BUT...?

okay, i'm really husky and i'm a big guy. i'm not really fat but i have a gut and i hate it. i can't get rid of it at all... how do i get rid of it? i'm thinking of going on a diet with fruits and water only. bad or good?

i had the same problem for a little while, however once you can find a diet that suits your needs.( i wont go into it here because i don't have enough room) then you can do excercises that focus on tightening your abs muscles. hanging leg raises, flutter kicks, laying leg raises, crunches (incline, and decline) cable crunches, sit-ups, cross crunches, you also have to work out your lower back muscles, since they are conjoined it will help to tighten up the "Love handle" area.
