Question: I do lots of execise, when do i lose weight!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
Monday: 45mins of squash
Tuesday: 15min High intensity Run
Wednesday: 90 mins Squash
Thrusday: 30-60 mins soccer
Friday: 15 min run
Sat: At least 30 mins of exercis
Sun: 30 mins!.

Diet!.
Breakfast Cereal
snack
Lunch sandwich
snack
Dinner

it takes time!. you will start feeling the effect when your body is used to the new body rhythm of exercise and diet!. Give it a month or 2!.

There are certain conditions such as body mass, lifestyle etc that may speed up or slow down the fat removal process!.
