My brother-in-law who is a Physician told me that we loose body fats gradually through out the body!. Although there are some exercises that targets certain area of our body but loosing mass is gradual!. I had problem with my belly and what I just did is biking & jogging!. Actually, I have found that doing squats, etc!. will tone up your booty but can also make it look bigger which is not what you want depending on your genetics also!. I have a bigggg butt or so I have been told on several occasions and at one time in my life, I was uncomfortable with that so I decided to lose it!. Well, I started doing all the exercises and losing weight everywhere but there, in fact it looked bigger!. The problem was that those exercises tone it up but also create muscle, so I see it like this, be happy with it, now most of the time, exercising for 30 minutes a day will take care of that!. I personally like Taebo!. It is very upbeat and you lose a tone of calories!. All I can say is exercise at least 30-45 minutes a day and as far as your booty goes, be happy with that, people nowadays are paying for them!. SmileWww@Answer-Health@Com

To tone up the butt, do squats and lunges!.!.!.you can look up the specific instructions online, to be sure you have the best form!. To lose a few pounds, just eat a little less, make sure that what you do eat is quality food!.!.!.not junk or fast food!. Also, add a little cardio!. 20 minutes of fast walking at least 3 days a week, more if possible!. Also, biking or jogging if you're up to it!. If you don't have a gym membership, some of this can be difficult to maintain, especially if you live in the south!. I've been riding my bike about 7 am!.!.!.before it gets too hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink Water(8 glasses a day) 1 cup of green tea then take a Walk or jog during the day, but dont drink 8 glasses at one time, drink them in hours periods!. ok here is wat i do to lose weight i do about 15 pushups everyday and then 15 at night i do 50 curl ups everyday and night and i also go outside and run and i use to weigh 135 and now i weigh 112Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats are always good to tighten up your butt!. Try doing wall sits!. You have to tighten your butt doing those plus it also strengthen your legs!. If you want to use weights, do leg curls!. Alot of the muscle is in your butt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't take any diet stuff all they do is make you go poop and stuff!.
