Question: Help! I'm freaking out!!?
I just ate half a packet of cookies and now I wanna die!. It isn't really a question!. I just need someone to give advice or something please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am attempting to diet to so i understand how you feel like you just flushed all your hard work down the toliet what i tell myslef when i have stuffed my face when i shouldnt have is over stuffing my face once today or induldgeing in something i shouldnt have once today or this week is STILL better then snacking on junk ALL DAY so therefore i am still making an improvment and although it might not be the best method it stops me from giving up completly and just saying heck with it because using this mentality i didnt screw my whole diet up i can get right back on track later well thats what i do anyway LOL your certainly not alone and good luck

edit-ok open mouth and insert my foot because while i was typing this think it was jsut you trying to exercise/be healthy it was really you getting over an eating disorder im sorry now i feel like a jerk but please please just ignore the other people their not worth getting back in to that dangerous situation think of the people you would be hurting how their hearts would break if something happened to you its not worth it !.!.!.go watch a funny youtube video or something to get your mind off it (traped on a carnival fun house) is a pretty fun oneWww@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously, why are you freaking out!? its just a couple of cookies!. maybe if you ate like 5 packets of cookies every day for a year, you would be in trouble, but you only ate half of one, don't stress it, its not going to bother your body in the slightest!.

Next time try and have an apple or some celery, or some organic peanut butter with banana instead though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg, if you are freakin' out just because you ate a half pack of cookies and like, now you wanna die, you should think about talking to maybe a counselor or someone, because like, omg!. you are just totally freakin' out over nothin'!! omg, don't worry so much! gosh! it's ok! you should freak out if you eat two or three packs of cookies, and not a half of a pack! so gosh, just don't think about it!. and if you really wanna lose what you ate, then excercise! Jump or do jumping jacks for like 1 minute straight or somethin' like that!

You probably waited too long to eat and were really hungry!. Then you made a poor choice!. Don't beat yourself up about it, just try to remain conscious of what you are eating and don't wait so long to eat and become ravenous!. Try to eat often, smaller portions!. Eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner and another snack!. If you feel a "binge" coming on, try to put everything you are going to eat on a plate!. Sit down at the table with your plate and assess it before you eat it!. Turn off the TV and concentrate on what you are about to eat!. Don't beat yourself up about having a "slip up", it happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also suffered from bulimia and anorexia!. I know how difficult this is for you!. Go drink 2 glasses of cold water and take a walk outside!. Get your mind off it!. Everything will be just fine!. Maybe watch some TV and take a hot bath!. Relax!. It is hard, I know but the best thing you can do for yourself is to not be too hard for yourself!.

I recommend trying to find a support group for your disorder - Google Groups is likely to have many to chose from, LiveJournal will as well!. Try to find one that limits access to people who actually have an eating disorder (to help avoid insensitive comments)!. Look for an active group that will likely have members who can respond quickly when you have a question like this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

plz dont puke it up, just take a jog, or jog in place, if you have any machines like a treadmill do that for about a half hour!. do so squats!.
