i go swimming for 30 minutes every day (lap swimming) i also do running 30 minutes of running 3 days a week i lift 10 pound weights and 100 sit ups every day

swimming will help you get that athletic look, but as a girl you wont be able to gain muscle without lots of training!. i would suggest lifting more, doing pushups, squats, and other compound exercises!. dont worry about gaining much muscle, keep the reps around 12 and you wont have a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
girls dont get muscles like men do, men have testosterone which is why they get so much muscle growth, so you have nothing to worry about as a female you wont get huge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
