Question: Is 25 lbs noticeable!?!?
I've lost 25 lbs!. this summer through diet and exercise and i can fit into slightly smaller clothes!.!.!. should other people notice!?!? i dont feel like i look that much smaller but maybe that's because i look at myself every day!.!.!. so idk!.!. also any exercises taht will help with lower stomach pouch!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, they will!. Look at it this way, take 5 - 5lb sugar bags!. Look at them!. Do you see how much that is!? Congratulations!
Now, as for that lower pouch, it's a little bit hard to work, since those are muscles we almost never work, but any type of ab exercise that is done by either pulling your legs towards yourself or by holding your legs straight in front of you and lifting them will help!.
