Why aren't I getting any stronger? Is this normal?!


Question: Why aren't I getting any stronger!? Is this normal!?
Okay!. I'm 16 years old!. I've been weight training since January 16th,2008!. Back then I couldn't even bench press 95 lbs!. Today I can lift 135 lbs by myself!. With help i can lift up to 225 lbs!. I would thought by now i could lift that much by myself but can't!. is this normal!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, very normal!. It's called plateauing!. There's several things you can do to pass it!.
One is to remember to change you weight lifting routine!. You stagnate doing the same lifts all the time!. Vary your exercises, the number of reps & sets & vary the weights!. Lite one day, heavy the next time, etc!.
And yes, dont forget to eat more!. And more protein!.

make sure you take enough protein when you have trained 1 gram to every pound of body weight and leave 48 hours between session !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.sorry but anyone who is weight training should know thatWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes, weight training takes time & patience, you just need to stick to it & maybe in a year you may be able to lift more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
