I'm 5'4 and 120 pounds. i'd like to get down to 105, Help??!


Question: I'm 5'4 and 120 pounds!. i'd like to get down to 105, Help!?!?
I'm perfectly fine with my weight but i noticed that i've been getting stretch marks on the side of my thighs!. any weight i gain goes to my butt and thighs!.!.!.any suggestions on how to get rid of the excess weight!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

even tho you have stretch marks that doesnt make you fat in the slightest!. Im 5'7 and wieght 125 lbs!. but my stretch marks run like my sin is stretching horizontally!. and stretch marks rarely go away from wieght loss tho they may shrink a bit!. I think 105 is too low of a goal unless you want to look like the anorexic type!. I would say 120 is a really good wieght but if you really want to only lose to like 115!. and an easy way to lose weight eat lots of fruits and veggies, and low calorie items and TONS of water!. no soft drinks or high sugar juices!. and try to avoid carbs!. and try some cardio to burn off the calories you get from your snacks plus alittle of the fat you want to get rid off!. You lose weight when you burn more than you take in!. and water is really good at flushing out the system and making you seem fuller so you dont eat as much or feel so hungry! OH, and some good examples of cardio are bike riding, running, basketball, dancing, swimming and there are a ton more!. I hope I helped!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 5'5" and around 120 pounds!. At our height losing 15 pounds makes a rather large difference in our appearance!. If you are really concerned about the strech marks you can try using a firming cream and a tanning cream!. This helps minimizes their appearance!. And losing that 15 pounds is not going to make the stretch marks go away!. Time is usually the only thing that makes them go away!. I was around 105 and people thought a had an eating disorder and you don't want people to think that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, so there are several options to lose weight fast!. I saw someone already mentioned this, but only eat fruits, veggies and proteins!. (like fish and eggs) and exercise lots!.

There is this diet called the milk diet, to lose 15 pounds in 8 days!. I've never seen anyone lose that much, but they've all lost!. if you want the information, just email me!.

Personally, i would drink a lot of water, if you like water!.!. and, watch what you eat!. i mean i wouldn't eat a lot of carbs of such but, eat healthier!. a walk or run once a day will help!. also, use some cocoa butter =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you Bri!? If you're not a pre-teen, 105lbs will not be a healthy weight for you!. I would suggest using cocoa butter where you see stretchmarks!. Everyone has them, it's just part of growing! It's not always fat-related =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to start a diet is to walk a lot cose it is one of the easiest way to exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop eating or drinking!. Bulimia is great!. Twice the flavor, none of the calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only fruits, vegetables, and proteins!. Exersize for at least an hour a day (biking, swimming, running sports etc!.) Keep this up for two weeks!. Hope i helped! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
