Question: I need to lose wieght fast, 3 days fast, i need help!?!
i dont care how crazy the diets, or weightloss suggestions are but i need to lose 10 lbs in 3 days any way other than completely starving myself!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

but, if you want to look fresh + great in 3 days, here's what you can do:
1!. DRINK LOTS OF WATER! (not kidding, this also helps in trimming some fat off!.!.!.turn this into a habit and it will)
2!. go to sleep as soon as possible so your body can refresh itself and you'll have a nice morning glow w/a good night's rest
3!. try eating an apple w/every meal for 3 days (it'll give you a natural glow as well)
4!. if you can't/won't excerice, try stretching everytime you're alone or bored or w/e!.!.!.and try stretching you're back especially (sitting up straight makes a tummy look flatter, chest look "perkier" and overall you look more lady like)
5!. try going on a no sweets/salt diet for 3 days!.!.NO SWEETS NO SALT (don't even drink fruit juice b/c they have sweets in them)!.!.!.just water and reg!. food (no dessert)!.!.!.
most importantly: SMILE that's the most attractive thing you can do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm!.!.!. well, that sure means you have to eat little!. That brings to mind the saying (in my native tongue, sorry; smth similar may be in English that doesn't come to mind right now) 'I feed myself with books/music/films etc!.'
Well, my humble advice is just keep your mind busy!. Either go on a short trip with one or two friends where you eat little since you don't sit down and take your time
OR, I don't know!.!.!. start reading a very long book that's very engaging (my personal suggestion would be 'the count of monte cristo') and just drink some warm milk at breakfast and dinner, and eat a salad for lunch!. when you make a break, go for a run in the park!. Whenever you do fast diets, the weight comes right back, because you're only losing water weight!.

try drinkling only water until then, and work out!. it'll cleanse and you'll loose weight!. but work out daily!.

Not possible!. To lose 1 pound of weight, you need to burn 3500 calories!. Most people eat around 2000 calories a day!.
So even if you were able to not eat food for the next 3 days, you'd still only be down a 1!.5 pounds!. Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's impossible!.!.!.and even if you stave yourself, you'd only loose like 2 pounds at most and the weight will all come back in a couple days anyway!. it's extremely unhealthy to do crash diets and they don't work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink only water for 3 days!. That's the only way you going to lose any weight, if any, in that amount of time!. People do it all the time!.!.!.like when they are fasting, which is a religious tradition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
