OMG, i was 5 foot 3 and 11 stone!
but i lost it and now i'm 9 and a half stone and sometimes 9
so what you have to do is continue what your doing now but each time you go to the gym try and go on each piece of equiptment for 5 more minutes every time you go and keep building it up
try to drink lots of water and take part in lots of sports, the best being jogging NOT running, cycling and swimming!.
the reason you shouldn't run is because when you run or take part in sport which you can't talk easily whilst doing (eg!. running) burns up your carbs and not your fat, and does not start to do so until all your carbs are burned up which doesn't help
so try these sports and try to eat 3 smaller meals per day, and if you are hungry inbetween eat a piece of fruit or raw vegetable and have a pint or a glass of water
try to do some sit ups at night as this will help tone your stomach at the same time
also, try not to eat after 6 pm and before eating breakfast (which you should do) jogging for a few minutes or swimming to start your metablilism
also for breakfast have something like a small bowl of special k which has fruit in which is good and a bit of carbs which will keep you going until lunchtime
try to cut out fatty things and sweets and eat more fish and vegetables than you would normally
if you use full fat milk switch it for semi skimmed and instead of having a slice of chocolate cake or ice cream for desert have another piece of fruit
i also found fruit smoothies a good source of fruit, a nice snack, very healthy AND delicious!.
so, i hope i helped :)

Although you work out that's good but you also need to eat 1 serving size of any food that you eat its usually on the back of the side of bottom of what you eat!. Greasy and fatty food and foods that are high in sodium sugar and fat aren't all that great to eat if you are trying to lose weight!. Places like McDonald's and other fast food restaurant serve greasy salty food If you are eating that then you probably may want to cut back on it maybe eat there once a week and when you do go you should try to eat salads!. Also sometimes you think that you are hungry but you're really not drink a glass or two of water and you feel full !. Also cut back on soda If drink a sod drink one or two a day and let them be diet soda!. And try to get in your eight glasses of water a day!. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables as snacks!. I hope this answers you questions and helps alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
lil emo princess is correct, you also need to get 7 hours good sleep a night, eat plenty of protein, pork, chicken, tuna as added extra protein to keep you feeling fuller for longer, cut out all processed food and junk, diet drinks and sweets and chocolate, do all that with exercise and you should see a real change in a month, also dont rely on the scales too much as muscle does weigh more than fat, take your measurements and you should see a decrease in your measurements even if you dont see much of a difference on the scales!. all in all losing weight is much much easier in theory in practice, it takes dedication and willpower!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
You are doing the right thing by doing 35 minutes of cardiovascular exercise!. You didn't mention your diet at all, and this must be the thing that is getting in the way of weight loss!. You need to limit your calories every day if you want to lose weight!. The content of your food doesn't particularly matter as long as it stays under a certain amount of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Im not sure, but drink plenty of water!. Also, dont pig out!
Over excersising can make you sick, and in the end, you will need to eat to become better!. take it easy and just do like 100 sit ups everyday!. I like to walk up my stairs about 20 times!. it is equal to 1 mile!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

one possibility is you just might be getting muscle, muscle weighs more than fat!.
just working out, isnt going to cut it,
you need to make sure you eat well,
also make sure,
if you eat before bed, make sure you wait an hour and a half before you go to sleep!.
