Answers:
no!. there are 0!.236 calories in a kilojoule!.
so in 600kj, there are 141!.6 calories!.
keep in mind that calorie control doesn't usually work!.!.!. you need to eat the right amount of food types for your age, sex, etc!. (think the food pyramid)
hope that helped xWww@Answer-Health@Com

The Joule is the SI (metric) unit of energy, whilst calorie is the old measure!.

Think of it as kilometers to miles or kilogrammes to pounds!.

In food the usual measurement will be kilojoule and kilocalorie, but the 'kilo' is often dropped from both!.

1 kilojoule is worth 0!.23885 kilocalories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Kilojules is a different measure, if you have something with kjs on it, divide it by 4 and it will give you the calories :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
