Throughout the day i just eat normal then at night its like i'm infected with some sort of monster of food!

it is actually hard to tell as we don't know how many meals and what you eat during the day!. If you have a unbalanced diet over the day is more likely you feel hunger cramps before going to bed!.
Try to eat at least 6-7 light meals per day, possibly reducing the calories from carbs in the evening!.
Another good tip is drinking more water, sometimes you feel hungry just because your body is not well hydratated!.

You maybe think you're eating enough during the day, but if you're starving at night then it's just your body's way of telling you that you've not eaten enough to keep you going and you need to include some more protein and carbohydrate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, I get that - tend to eat stuff like chocolate and milk at night - dont really eat that sort of stuff during day!.!.!.weirdWww@Answer-Health@Com
i have the same prob but have a yogurt it will fill u up for agesssss!.!.!. its coz food digests really qick so we have space for more :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
