Question: How do I diet when blood sugar goes down!?
When I cut calories or eat less than usual I get low blood sugar and get sick!. Usually this makes me binge to feel better and the cycle repeats itself again!. How do you do it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have problems with low blood sugar and fainting if I eat sugar or something with white flour, white rice or potatoes, etc!.
I just cut out all of the white, processed foods like white rice, white bread, etc!., plus all those foods that are high on the glycemic index!.!.!.
When I'm eating healthy I eat whole grains, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, and LOTS of lean protein since the protein is what helps to keep blood sugar level cause it takes a longer time for your body to digest it and you feel less hungry throughout the day!.!.!. Also, healthy omega-3 fats are good as well (like flax seed, olive oil, avocado, etc!.)
Also!.!.!. eating every 2 to 3 hours helps (especially if you're hypoglycemic)!.!.!. try eating 3 medium meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with 3 small snacks in between!.

i was going to ask the same question!.!. i know im going to get a thumbs down for not anwering the question!. but i have to eat every two hours or ill pass out and sometimes there are not always healthy choices around!.!. but i try to always bring a special k bar with me they are only 90 calories!.!. or i just eat a hand full of any type of sugarWww@Answer-Health@Com
