What is a good diet for teens?!


Question: What is a good diet for teens!?
I'm not fat i'm 17 5ft 1in and wieght about 120lbs!. I am not looking to loose wieght just tone up!. get awsome abs and great thighs!. but i can't find a diet for teen girls like myself to have and maintan a great body!.
What foods should eat!?
How many calories can i eat a day!. (how many for each meal!?)

I would suggest that you try a balanced diet and run/jog for 45 minutes 5 days a week!. By balanced diet, I mean that you should cut all your unhealthy carbs (i!.e!. white bread, candy, soda, etc) and focus on getting 3 servings of veggies a day and 3 servings of fruit!. Also try to stick to lean proteins such as chicken, and fish!. For any specific toning you should also supplement your running with excersises such as crunches, squats, push-ups, etc!.
