i eat cabbages and Thai *rice noodles*and my BMI is 15!.6
that sort of thing i eat <though i eat much air popcorn, dried fruits, sometimes i eat dates, and my friends say i need more food!? I can finish a whole bowl of those rice noodles and cabbages *steamed of course*and it doesn

A BMI of 15!.6 is underweight, you need to start eating sensibly!. Remember, just as unhealthy as it is being over weight!.!.!.it is equally unhealthy being underweight!.
Weight management is a simple input and output balance, if you eat more calories in a day than you burn up, you'll Get fat, evidently, your not eating enough and you'll risk burning essential muscle!. With regards to gaining weight, this does not mean you eat lots of chocolate and fatty foods, you need to eat small portions, frequently, of HEALTHY food, understand it's never healthy to eat fatty foods which no matter who you are can lead to arteriosclerosis!. Also try drinking a build up drink with your breakfast (they are very nutritious)!.!.I think your GP can prescribe it!. you need more protein and a whole lot more of just about everything else!. eat more vegetables, meat, nuts, whatever
