Question: How do you know how many calories you burn jogging!?
I jog about 0!.85 miles every day!. (that's what mapquest said)!. I was just wondering either how many calories I'm burning or how to find out how many calories I'm burning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im pretty sure you have to find out how much you eat, your wieght height, and all of that stuff!. I bet theres some website that could tell you that!.

I don't think it is possible to know exactly how many, but you can get a good approximation by knowing how far you jog (you already know that), how much you weigh, your age, heart rate and if the jogging is hilly or flat!. 0!.85 miles doesn't seem very far, it probably doesn't even take you much more than ten minutes!. Most experts recommend at least 20 minutes for an aerobic workout to have the maximal effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
probably about 60-70 calories!. Up the mileage to about 2 or 3 miles, and if you can't do this continually, try to briskly walk for some of it!. Also, maybe try bicycling because it isn't at high impact and you can do it for a lot longer and different intensities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
