Question: Is it better to work out in the morning or the afternoon, or the middle of the day!?
sometimes I feel like doing my workout before work, other days when I get home before bed!. What is the best time!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

AM cardio revs metabolism & burns more cals all day!.
Weight lifting in the PM - studies say your stronger then!.
Midday - eh!?

Yea, it is better ti workout in the morning because you burn calories all day!. Remember to eat healthy foods when you are hungry , because you will be hungry all day because of your metb will be up all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure!. I usually work out at mornings because they gym has less people!. I would say morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
