You should start off with 30 to 50 push ups a day!.
Then after a week, increase that # by 10 or 15!.
Push ups, however, are only for pecs and back muscle!.
If you want a six pack you will need to do sit ups and crunches!. They are very effective if you do them in the morning and in the afternoon or at night before you go to sleep!. Make sure you go on a diet to see fast results though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
