If you eat only 500-700 calories a day, your starving yourself !
I am not that tall and i should be eating around 1300 calories a day!
you can run all you want on the treadmill, if you don't eat the foods that you need to build muscle, you are only melting muscle away by lack of protein!. and your body will be stocking on fat, because you are not feeding it enough and it will protect it self!.
do you treadmill, eat fruit and veggies, slack back on the red meat and you will see a difference, but don't expect to loose 50 lbs in 20 days!. its unrealistic

You'll burn loads of calories if you work out that much and eat that little!. I work out 30 minutes a day and eat about 800 calories everyday and in 9 days i lose approximately 4 lbs and even less sometimes!.

To be straight, liposuction is the fastest way to be thin!.!.!.but it is quite risky coz some people had died because of this!. Recently, I read about diet-drug that has been approved by a country!. Well Im Doing that cept less excersise and im doing things like days of fasting or 100 cals
