Working out on my bike?!
Question: Working out on my bike!?
When i first get on my exercise bike, i have to choose a low resistance (9/16) because my legs hurt if i choose a higher one (12/16)!. But after an hour or so, i can raise it to the higher one and it does not hurt and i can do it easy :S!. Is this a sign I should take a break!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No way! This is a great way to exercise and what you're doing is great!. Another thing you can do is go 12/16 at first and do it, despite the pain, for two or three minutes, then go to 9/16!. It will feel like there is no resistance at all! Www@Answer-Health@Com
