Question: What exersize do you reccomend to loose inches from your thighs, fast!?! (Besides lunges and squats!)
Like a workout series, certin exersize, past experience, anything but lunges and squats (Ive been doing them for a whole month, and Im sick of them!)!?

There's no exercise that specifically loses weight in the spots you want it to!. It will start losing it all over before you can actually notice a difference!. You don't have to do leg workouts to lose weight in your thighs!. It's burning calories that cause weight loss!. You can do chest exercises and notice weight loss in your thighs!. How it works is, the more reps you do, the more calories you burn, so you can switch it up to work out a different muscle if you'd like and do about 15-30 reps on weight you can handle for that long!. It's all about raising the heartbeat to burn the calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like Crunka said, you need to simply lose weight!. Do this by first managing your diet, and eating right portions of the right stuff!. I'm not going to go into too much detail, because it's very easy to find the stuff out!. Obviously fruits, veggies, lean meats, and good quality low-glycemic (whole wheat) carbs are what you should be eating!.

Second, you need to realize that losing inches fast is simply unrealistic!. Changing your body is NOT a quick or easy process!. There are far too many people at Yahoo Answers that want fast results!. When you expect something fast, and don't see the results you want, you'll get discouraged and more likely to quit!.

Anyway, you need to do plenty of cardio!. Shoot for about 4 hours a week!. To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume!.
