Question: I have one month to get in shape!?
School starts in 1 month!. I have been lazy and haven't done a lot of exercise!. I have no weights or anything!. I need to tone my stomach, and legs!. I need more arm strength too!. Can someone give me a schedule to do each week!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be physically fit, you really have a good discipline towards dieting coupled with exercise!. You must first focus what you want to achieve!. If you want to shed extra pounds, don't stuff your tummy with too much sweets and junk foods it will just bloat your stomach!. Exercise is not necessarily going out to the gym, walking for 45 minutes is a good idea, climbing up stairs instead of escalator can burn calories and most of all don't skip breakfast!. Run 20-30 minutes everyday!. Running is the best exercise as it helps you lose fat from your whole entire body!. You should also purchase a fitness ball and do ab workouts with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
