Running outdoors question?!
Question: Running outdoors question!?
I want to start running tomorrow!. i plan to first warm up by walking, then jogging, and then running when i feel a bit more comftorable!. i just wanted to know is it better to wear a hoodie while running in hot weather so that i sweat more and can shed pounds faster, or does that not work!? please help, thank you!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand where your coming from, a lot of people i know have similar ideas!. Sweating more will not help you lose weight!. Momentarily it will, but you will just gain it right back when you rehydrate yourself!. Thats why its not good to weigh yourself often, because your "water weight" fluxuates quite a bit throughout the day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Doesn't!. Look, the more you sweat the more weight you lose on a scale, but as soon as you drink something then that weight is gained right back!. Water weight lost is not actually weight lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
