Flat stomach in 2 months?!


Question: Flat stomach in 2 months!?
I am a 14 year old girl, who lives in Melbourne, Australia and i am going on a holiday to Queensland in September!. So thats in about one and a half months away!. When i go i want to have a really good body but especially a really flat stomach!. I have the will power to do whatever it takes, so what do i have to do!
Please help me!

Crunches and sit-ups increase abdonimal strength and tone!. Start off by doing 3 repitions of 20 of each, every day!. Then gradually increase this amount each week!.

Short, strenous running and long distance running combined with a healthy diet should also do the trick!.

I would start with doing some on-the-floor crunches and sit-ups at home!. I've heard that those can be "harmful for your neck and back," and not effective!. Well, I don't know about them being harmful in the long-run, but I do know they are effective!. Those are what I do at home to get/maintain a flat stomach and strong, defined abdomenso go to a gym for cardio, but I don't do any ab work there, so I don't believe that a gym membership is necessary for your particular goal!. You can start with the basic crunch, and perhaps search around on the web for other variations!. Don't over-exert yourself, but do the number of reps that you feel comfortable with and then increase that every day or every two days or so!.

Agreed with the first statement!. Except alternate the crunches every day - if you work them out one day, let them heal the next day, they will be stronger and the third day you can get an even better work out!. Also don't drink beer, and get a good cardiovascular workout too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the best thing would be to eat nutritious food and do regular exercise!. Don't go on a crash diet and stop eating because even though you'll lose weight, you're body will soon stop losing weight and stock-up on everything that you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hold your tummy muscles tight and it looks good so do it all the time and it will become second nature to suck it in all the time!. These muscles are the hardest to work!.
